New Home

Regional Victoria

This house was architecturally designed for sustainable living. It was located on 600 acres of framing property and sat directly in front of a 5 acre dam. This house included polished concrete floor large north facing window that captured the light and suns energy.

It was clad in silver top ash ship lap cladding with decks that closed on to the window to protect the house while the owners were back in Melbourne working throughout the week.

This was an award winning project for residential design and environmentally sustainable home of the year.
